This structured 8-week coaching program is designed to help you build consistency with both training and nutrition while working toward real body composition change. You will follow a progressive workout plan, a personalized macro-based nutrition plan, and weekly accountability check-ins to keep you on track.

(1) 1:1 workout session per week.
A personalized macro-based nutrition plan tailored to your goals. Adjustments are only made when consistency is demonstrated throughout the week to ensure progress is based on execution, not constant changes.
Each week, you will complete a 15-minute check-in where we review your progress and hold you accountable.

This is a flexible month-to-month coaching program designed for continued support, accountability, and progress without long-term commitment.
You will follow a structured weekly workout program designed to improve strength, build lean muscle, and support fat loss.

You will receive a personalized macro-based nutrition plan designed around your body goals. Adjustments are made only when consistency is demonstrated throughout the week, to ensure results are based on execution, not constant changes.

This plan is the highest level of coaching designed for clients who want more support, faster adjustments, and closer guidance throughout their journey.
You will receive a fully structured and progressive workout plan tailored to your goals and performance.
(2) 1:1 session per week.
This plan includes a personalized macro-based nutrition plan with higher-level support and responsiveness.
You will have a dedicated 30-minute weekly check-in where we go deeper into: *Progress tracking (photos, weight, measurements, posing) *Nutrition+ Training reviews (videos) *Mindset, habits, and challenges *Strategy adjustments for optimal results.

Clients under this plan are grandfathered in via Kahunas. If the client cancels and wants to rejoin later, they will be subject to new prices.
Per Kahunas contract

This plan is a private, family-only coaching arrangement and is not available to the general public. It includes a static home-based workout plan and a static meal plan designed to support simple, consistent healthy habits without ongoing program changes. The plan also includes 2 coaching sessions per week for guidance, accountability, and support as needed. This plan is intended solely for immediate family use and is provided at a reduced rate as a personal arrangement.
